Chapter 61: Feeling Broken

Jo took a deep breath , she felt her legs tremble

-You said yes?you will marry Juliet?? - Jo said 
-Yeah...but...-Rob never finished to say the sentence when Jo interrupted him
-You gotta be kidding me Rob....this is a joke , i cant believe.........wait today is april 1? hahaha - she laughed because she was nervous - because i dont think this can be real...you joking right?
-No...i am not - Rob looked at Jo in her eyes

They both got in silence for a couple of seconds , it seems everything was a dream or in their case , a nightmare.

Jo shook her head and said:

-You ask me to runaway with you and now you come here telling me that you are going to get married with Juliet? - Jo asked- Please Rob , tell me that this is a lie...please tell me that this is only a joke
-Its not a joke Jo...
-Its a lie then? are you telling me this because you gave up about running away and you made up that huge lie?? is that??
-Its not a lie either , its true , it happened....i wish i could say it was a lie or joke but its not

Jo started to feel dizzy. Her heart started to beat fast , she was furious.
Everytime she got near Rob ,she always felt nervous , her heart always beated stronger and faster but this time , it wasnt beating like before. She was angry , she was mad , she was dissapointed and she couldnt hide any of those feelings.
Jo got so mad that she needed to put her anger out , so she said

-WHY YOU DOING THIS ??? TELL ME!!!- Jo said
-Jo , i-i-i only did that because i couldnt let her do that to herself. She was with that doctors thing near her tummy...i couldnt let her rip herself...and if she did i would feel guilty for the rest of my life...- Rob got a deep breath
-But what about me?? what about us??? You only thought about her Rob , you never thought about you or me....you never thought ABOUT US!!!!!!!!
-I know...my bad- Rob said - i am sorry
-Dont you think its too late to say sorry? You are going to get married...you killed our love Rob...

Jo started to push Rob's chest saying:

-Noooo Jo...nooo please- Rob eyes started to get full of tears
-You did destroy our relationship....theres no me and you anymore....- Jo turrned around and gave her back to Rob
-We arent over. I can fix this. Like i thought about talking with her parents or Sammi , someone that could help you know and maybe you could help me too so together we can change this and then finally get together forever - Rob tried to hug Jo from behind but she moved fast and looked in his eyes
-How dare you to ask my help Rob? You did this by yourself and if you dont wanna marry then you gotta fix this by yourself too. You are a man now , you dont need parents. You made the shit so go fix it , dont ask for help... and dont count on me to help you or to be with you someday because i wont
-Why Jo?? why?? i can get rid off Juliet and then we can be happy together babe- Rob tried to touch her face but she moved fast

-No i am not , if i were then we would work out , then you wouldnt of said yes if she asked you to marry her- Jo started to cry


Things were getting too emotional , Jo tried to hold the tears but she couldnt , she was too hurt.
Rob never hurt her soo badly as he did that day.


-I know i did wrong , but i am here to fix things. I am here to ask you dont leave me ...give me a a few days to talk to Juliet and convince her to not hurt herself you know and maybe ask for help because the girl that i want is you Jo and i cant live without you , so please dont leave me , stay by my side , i need you right now and without you i am not gonna make it
-You will....i know you will - Jo dried her tears and went to open the door - i think you should go now
-Nooo Jo...i wont leave your bedroom till you say that you will forgive me and give me another chance

-Dont make it harder please- Rob said and closed the door of her bedroom- you know that we should be together , because we love each other
-I know , we do love each other , but this is going to change...i dont wanna love you anymore. Like i feel so stupid for almost running away with you. Like if we did ran away i would probably regret it because you dont love me and i thought you did
-BUT I DO LOVE YOU- Rob screamed- i love you , i love you...i love you so much- Rob were crying

Rob pulled Jo closer and started to kiss her but Jo didnt want to kiss him

-Rob stop....- Jo said

Rob kissed her lips and then her face and then touched her very gently and looked in her eyes

-Noo i wont stop Jo. I love you and i know you love me too...i can feel it, i can see in your eyes , i know you want me - Rob said and then he tried to kiss Jo

When Rob said those things , the only thing Jo wanted to do was to say those things back and kiss him and forget everything , but she couldnt. She wouldnt ever get over the fact that Rob agreed to marry with someone else.

-NOOOO.... STOP, STOP RIGHT NOW!!! -Jo pushed him away - you are just making worse. Go away Rob...i dont wanna talk anymore
-But Jo.......
-GET LOST!!! I am tired of this...i am tired of getting hurt , i am tired of crying over you , i am tired of loving someone who i cant be with....

When Jo said that , Rob started to cry for real and he realised that nothing that he said  would change Jo's mind.

-Ok...i go- Rob said - but i wont give up on you
-I think you already did Rob......goodbye! - she opened the door once again
-Are you serious?- he asked
-Yes....now go...- Jo said without looking at him
-Ok....bye...

Rob walked away and Jo shut the door fast.

When Jo closed the door , she threw herself on her bed and hugged her pillow tight , she started to cry again.

Its was really painfull  to hear those things from Rob because she didnt expect that this would happen to her ever.

They planned so many things together , things about their future and now nothing that they planned would happen. Right now those plans became memories that Jo didnt want to remember ever again.

While Jo were crying in her bed , Rob was still outside of her bedroom , stood infront of her door , with his both hands on his face saying to himself

-What have i done???? - Rob said feeling desperate

He took a deep breath and he even thought about trying once again , enter in that bedroom and hug Jo tight and say, as much times was needed, that he loved herso much  but he never dared to do that , Jo was soo dissapointed at him that he knew that it wouldnt work out to tell her anything.
Rob dried the tears and went downstairs.

When he came to the living room , Jo's mother were there in silence. Rob felt ashamed for disobeys her 

-Mrs Jones i-i....
-No need to say anything Rob- she said - i understand
-But still...i am sorry for climbling the wall and going in her bedroom , i shouldnt of
-I agree- She said - and by the screams , i think you shouldnt of broke my daughter's heart either
-Yeah ...i wont bother anymore...i am sorry...i am sorry for all those stupid things i did agaisnt her or your family...i am sorry- Rob said and ran away

Rob left Jo's house , feeling so heavy. It seems that he was carrying something really heavy on his back. He was too sad and upset about everything.
He got inside of his car and drove away to his house.


Meanwhile

Juliet was at home , in her bedroom celebrating the fact that she was going to get married with the most gently , sweet and amazing guy she ever met.
So she put the radio on and played her favorite song.
Juliet were singing and dancing

-Cuz if you liked it then you should have put a ring on it

-Well , i had to use the artifice that i was soo depressed because i lost my baby - Juliet made a sad face- and i didnt want to live anymore so i decided to end with my life , i said goodbye Rob i am going to kill myself. He got sooo desperate Sammi awww was soo cute and then he said you cant do this , i wont allow and then when i was like about to do it i said theres one thing that can make me change my mind he said what and i said marry me

-Then he said , ok i marry you but please dont hurt yourself and i was like do you promise ? and he said yes , i promise i will marry you AWWWWWWWWWWWWWW THAT WAS THE BEST DAY OF MY LIFE hahahahahahha

Juliet were really happy about her wedding and about getting Rob back , actually she couldnt get more happier. Her life right now was perfect. Theres was nothing else that she wanted more in this world besides being with Rob forever and she actually got successful but the question is , till when this happeniness would last?


Meanwhile

Jo were still in her bed , feeling like death , feeling so lonely without any stimulus to even move. She noticed that all her bags that she was going to take to the trip with Rob were still next to the door....
Jo felt even worse when she remembered about the fact of Juliet telling her that Rob would be hers
Jo remember about one thing that happened in Italy, a couple of months ago but something that she couldnt forget. Juliet went to see Jo in the morning , after everyone , inclunding Rob , found out about Jo and Matteo sleeping together.



.......theres was another knock on the door.

-Damn , people love to come here uh? - Jo said and opened the door

By her surprise , it was Juliet.

-Good morning- Juliet says 

Jo rolls her eyes and ask

-What the hell you want here? - Jo asked

-Welll , when you came back to the hotel and that guy gave your bra back to you , i had to hold myself to not laugh out loud infront of you but everybody got so shocked that i thought that it was better to be quiet and laugh inside. And i must say that i was having the time of my life. You just lost an amazing guy , someone who i dont have words to describe , he is an angel.
-Awww congrats Juliet , you can make awesome speechs- Jo started to clap her hands - i would give grade A- to your speech and F for the acting babyy. You probably think that Rob hates me and that he will be free to be yours right?
-Of course , i am not stupid. I will enjoy the moment and give him attention , give him love....things that you never knew how to give to Robbie
-I know right. I also saw your kissing Rob at the restaurant - Jo said

-Yeah - Jo smiled sarcastically - i was shit girlfriend , i just screwed everything up , but if you ever get together with Rob and date him for real , you can be sure that i will be also laughing inside , because while he kiss you and hug you , he will be thinking about ME. When you say you love him its gonna be funny when he be in silence and dont say anything back.....Rob wont ever love anyone besides me Juliet and you know it....
-Thats what we are going to see!- Juliet walked away 




Jo started to talk to herself.

-Damn , she actually got Rob...and this time wasnt my fault. He made his choice and theres nothing i can do to change that. Even though , thats the thing that i most wanted in my life...but yeah...she got him and i lost the best boy i even met...

Jo admitted to herself that Juliet won that battle. She got what she wanted. She wanted Rob and now Rob would be hers....if the whole story was real or not , Jo didnt know  but she had to admit it , Juliet was the better player in this love 'competition'.

While laid down in her bed , Jo started to remember about the time that she had with Rob , it wasnt nothing too big but for her meant a lot  because she knew that from that day on , Rob and her wouldnt ever have the chance to be together again.






Rob and Jo were talking on the phone.

While thinking about those memories, Jo cried once again...because she was feeling so broken inside that she couldnt stop crying.

She realised that none of those things that she just remember would ever happen again , absolutly nothing. For the first time , Rob and Jo wouldnt have another chance to be together , it was over!


Jo were crying because she was alone , no one could see it and she needed to put it out..
Tears shed for another person are not a sign of weakness. They are a sign of a pure heart.

Meanwhile

Rob came home. He hit the door really hard when then someone shouts!

-But what happened? will you guys runaway later or tomorrow? you guys changed plans?
-Basically yeah , we changed plans- Rob said - but i think we should talk in my room? i dont want anyone to hear us
-Oh ok , lets go

Rob and Junior went upstairs to Rob's bedroom. They got in and Rob closed the door.

-So , what happened?
-If i tell you ....you wont believe it
-Then tell me - Junior were worried - Juliet found out about you guys?
-No...she didnt...- Rob said - but this time Junior , this time i lost Jo forever
-How come?
-I screwed up everything....- Rob said while passing his fingers through his hair
-What you mean?
-Well everything started when Juliet called me and...


Rob started to tell Junior everything that happened , without hide any detail. Rob told his half brother about Juliet 'abortion' , about Juliet asking him to marry her and also about Jo's reaction to everything that happened in that morning. Junior was the only person that Rob could trust in that moment and the only person who could help him in a such delicate moment.


When Rob finished to tell Junior everything , Junior said

-Wow , this sound like a movie
-Dude , things in my life sound like a movie. Its always ups and downs. Sometimes i feel like nothing can get any better , i feel like life is perfect ...but then i feel i am falling in a bottomless pit and i ask myself , am i that unlucky?? i always get together with crazy girls , like first was Kim ...she cheated on me , she did a lot of things agaisnt me. Jo and i got lost and those scary guys were mean to Jo and then when Kim is gone and i think that i am going to be happy then shit happens again.  Jo and i have a fight and break up which was stupid and then when she want me i reject like....and then i act hard only to impress Jo and get someone else but my heart belongs to her so in the end of the day , Jo and i gets a heart broken you know and like i feel so unlucky and stupid for causing so much trouble. I hurt Jo....and i hurt myself because i am going to get married with someone who i dont even like....i dont like Juliet...she can like me but i dont like her dude , i dont
-I understand but you only did that to avoid a tragedy- Junior said
-Exaclty...but Jo dont want to understand
-What girl would understand this Rob? None...- Junior said
-Damn dude , i ruined everything....i lost Jo and i am going to get married like what i am going to tell dad and my mum?? They will freak out
-Tell them the truth
-Yeah and then they wont allow me to marry Juliet and she will go Juliet  kill herself and i will have to live with that guilty till the end of my life? No way....
-You rather be unhappy to make someone happy?
-I guess so
-Rob , i am your half brother , we only know each other for a couple of months and i know how much you love Jo... and i can tell you that what you did probably it was the biggest mistake of your life , but dude , dont give up...try a little harder , show Jo that you regret it and that you want to fight for her no matter what
-How will i do that? she wont even talk to me anymore
-Try?
-I could try call her but she wont pick up
-Here , use my phone- Junior gave his phone to Rob - call her and be honest to her ok?
-Ok , i am gonna call , wish me luck
-Good luck- Junior said

Rob got the phone and rang Jo.

Jo noticed that her phone was vibrating and she went to check who could it be.
When she got the phone , she saw on the screen that it was Junior , so she thought

'Wow , why Junior is calling me? Should i pick up? i dont wanna talk about Rob or anything but and if be something important?? maybe Rob never came back home? ahhh i am gonna pick up' Jo thought 

She decided to pick up the call.

-Hello? - Jo said

For a couple of seconds , Rob didnt had the courage to say Hello back , he was soo ashamed and scared that she would be mean to him , but he had to try , he wanted to convince her that they should still be together and fight together for that love and not give up....
Rob , who was shaking , decided to speak

-Hello?? - Jo said again
-Hey Jo , its me Rob , i am sorry for calling you but i just need to tell you one thing...i-i-i.....

Before Rob could finish the sentence , Jo hang up..

Rob looked at Junior and shook his head. 

-She hang up.....i lost Jo damn i am stupiddd i hate myself i hate i hate i hateeeee- Rob started to punch himself

Junior stopped him

-HEY HEY HEY STOP WITH THAT!!- Junior said loud - its not your fault...you did this for Juliet , dont put yourself down like this....Jo probably said those things without mean it . You know that she loves you so damn much , dont lose your faith uh? You can still change this....i believe
-I cant....-Rob looked down - you know what? i am going to send her a e-mail and tell her everything that i feell , i dont care if she dont reply or if she ignore but i am going to send ...even if this is going to be the last time that we will have contact with each other
-Ok...i will leave you alone- Junior said 
-Ok thanks

Rob got his laptop , he sat on his bed and started to write a e-mail to Jo.

Well i dont even know how to start this e-mail
you probably will think that i am annoying you , but i promise i wont annoy anymore

i am sure you will read this message so is basically the same.
I truly regret it of saying yes to Juliet
and i am pretty sure that if i marry her i wont ever be happy because you know

Rob read that e-mail , before sending and he thought that everything that he wrote was ridiculous

-Arghhhhh this is bad , sooo shit...she wont give a damn about this...she probably will read and be like yawnnnnnnn ughhhh  God , help me!! How can i write a e-mail to Jo , a email that is going to touch her heart and say everything that i mean it? i am too stupid , i cant think...


The phone rang. Rob heart skipped a bit



'Damn , i think is Jo' Rob picked up




-Hello? 
-Robbieeeeeeeeee , my future hubby hows you??- Juliet said

Rob rolled his eyes and thought ' I dont think i can handle this'
