Chapter 55 : Gone

Jo heart was beating so fast now , she just couldnt believe that Rob was saying all those things to her , she just couldnt...

-God - Jo said almost crying and she covered her mouth
-I love you for 4 years and my love for you just grew even more when we got apart , when we stopped talking with each other. There was not even one day that i didnt thought about you. You were always in my head and in my heart Jo- he smiled while touching her cheek - i loved you yesterday , i love you today and i will always love you....


Rob wanted to say more but he stopped himself,  because he knew that actions shows more than words so he just got closer to her , putting his hand through her hair....
Rob was about to kiss Jo and he wanted to make of that kiss the best kiss they ever had but when he was about to kiss her she stopped him...

-Noo Rob , dont do that- Jo said looking at him
-Why? - Rob asked
-Because i dont think you mean it - Jo looked down - i am sure you saying all those things  because you got happy for the gift and you are thanking me
-Nooo , not at all Jo- Rob got desperate 

He wanted to show her how much idiot he was for letting her go , but he wanted to fix things and give them a new chance to start over again.

-Jo , you dont get it..- Rob said- i am not saying that i love you because you got me a camera!!nooo ...i am saying that because is how i feel. I miss you...- Rob shook his head - damn , when you left Rome , you dont have any idea how hard was to sleep at night because my thoughts was only about you Jo....- he got a deep breath - no one knows but i cried a lot for you because i felt that you replaced me , i felt that i wasnt special to you as you said i was
-Rob i-i...dont know what to say - she said shoked
-No need to say anything Jo , thats past , its gone - he looked into her eyes-  the only thing i want right now is you....just you 

A nostalgic feeling had indulged its’ self onto both of them; giving a feeling that this should have been for a long time. His arms were tightly wrapped around her shoulders, hers, clinging to his hard muscular chest. He looked down at her, his eyes dulled by the darkness of the room. Caressing her supple cheek, he lifted her chin; their noses almost touching. She could feel the warmth of his breath brushing the top of her lip. She stared back into his  blue eyes an explosion of total peace and serenity overwhelmed them both. The true meaning of life, the love, and the utter wonder on both of there faces, hoping this night would never end. Knowing that for both of them, this may be the last time to prove there melancholy love, so strong, so deep, and yet so sad to never want to let go, to the meaning of life. 

Rob started to kiss Jo's lips very slowly and passionate and she kissed him back , she couldnt resist him. He started to slide his hands on her body and Jo started to get very warm. She put her arms around his neck and her hand through his hair. They wouldnt stop kissing , was like they waited for that moment for years. Jo wanted  Rob more than ever , it was really hard to avoid what she was feeling.
Rob stopped to kiss Jo and then he looked at her and said:

-I want you...- he said licking his lips 

Rob got Jo and put her on the bed and there he went on top of her and started to kiss her neck very slowly making her whole body shiver. Jo really wanted Rob , she was breathing fast. Rob took off his top quickly and he didnt stop to kiss her body.
Jo didnt said a word, she was very crazy for Rob , she actually didnt want him to stop and then Rob literally lay down on Jo , pressing his body agaisnt hers and he look in her eyes once again and said

-I Love You.....be mine?- Rob asks her
-Be yours? - she asks him
-Yes , be with me...forever....... i need you more than anyone else because you are the only one who can make me happy. I am not being cheesy i am being real. I love you sooo much that even my heart hurts. The thought of not having you in my life is painfull and i dont want to lose you again , i did once but not again

Jo hearts got full of joy , but something was bothering her...she knew that what she was feeling wasnt right...she had to take a decision 


-Rob.... - Jo gets a deep breath - we cant be together.....

Rob got confused by her answer. He sat next to her and said

-Why not?
-Because ...
-You dont love me anymore right?- Rob asks - is that right? you dont love me?
-Nooo , i do love you - she said
-Then what? tell me , why cant we be together?

Then theres a knock on the door.

Rob looked at Jo and said:

-Ignore...
-And if be important? - Jo asked
-What is more important than us? - he said
-Damn , you are right....- Jo said
-Yeah , so they can wait...anyways , can you tell me why cant we be together? because i know you like me and i like you so whats the problem? its the baby?
-Its Matteo..
-Break up with him , kick that dude to mars and be with me....i am the one who loves you not him
-I just cant Rob - Jo got up
-Where are you going?
-Downstairs....look , i really like you but i need to let you go...
-Noo Jo , dont say that- Rob said - why are you saying that??????
-You need to move on...
-Nooo!!! why you saying this?? arghhhh dont do this to US!!! i want you Jo

Theres was a knock on the door , once again and this time stronger

-Rob are you there???- a girl voice says
-Whaaat you want?? - Rob asked without take his eyes off Jo
-Theres someone downstairs and they want to speak with Jo.

Jo looked at Rob and said

-We should go...- Jo Walked to the doors direction and when she put her hand on the pommel Rob said
-If you go through that door , you can forget me , forever...- he said and Jo turned around
-Rob.....
-I know you love me , i know you do. You cant hide it....i know you try but you cant hide...Your heart beats for me , you love me dont you?
-I do ...but i dont want to love you anymore , i am sorry..


Jo opens the door and go downstairs. She feels that her heart got small...it was hurting loads...

Rob couldnt understand a thing. He actually thought that Jo was into him , that she would be with him very easy because deep inside of him , Rob had the feeling that they were made for each other but then Jo acts coldly all of suddlen...he couldnt understand her
Rob were stood there , thinking about what to do.

'Should i let her go or should i go after her? I dont wanna give up , i do love her soo badly....' Rob thought

Meanwhile downstairs

Jo came downstairs to see who wanted to speak with her but she couldnt see anyone familiar next to her but then someone grabbed her arm and said:

-I was looking for you-

Jo turn around and gets shocked to see who was right there infront of her

-Matteoo!!! - she says loud
-Hey - he smiled
-What are you doing here? - she ask
-I never went to Italy....
-Why??...why lie?- she got mad
-I want to make you a surprise - Matteo said
-Surprise?? what surprise? - Jo asked
-Welll....- Matteo put his hand in his pocket

Meanwhile

Rob , were in the room , thinking about what he should do , it was such a huge dilemma in his head when then Juliet comes in the room

-Rob? are you waiting for someone?- Juliet asked
-No....- he got a deep breath - just getting ready to go downstairs-  he put the t-shirt on
-Oh ok , listen , you look very cute tonight
-Thanks - Rob smiled- i think i will stay over here and get a fresh air near the window , i am feeling suffocated
-Why?? you should go downstairs- Juliet touched his arm - theres a huge thing happening downstairs
-What is?
-Go see- Juliet smiled - someone is going to get pretty happy and i think you should be there to share that special moment with her
-Who?
-Jo....
-Jo? what the hell are you talking about?
-Matteo is downstairs and he is going to purpose her...
-WHAT??- Rob says shocked and go downstairs.

Juliet , with a evil smile on her face , followed him.

Meanwhile

Matteo , put his hand in his pocket and then he gets a little black box and he get down on his knees..

Everyone stopped to dance , sing , drink and even to play when Matteo got on his knees...the band got in silence and even the most drunk people of the party were quiet only to watch to that big event.

 -Jo , i know we dont know each other for a long time but i am completly in love with you , i want to wake up every morning by your side and sleep every night next to you. You got my heart in the first day that we met. When i saw you on the street , feeling sad because your love life were kinda complicated , welll , on that day , you showed to me that you were very gently , sweet and worth it. Yes Jo , you are worth and i love you because of that......and thats why i want to ask you this. Joanna Jones , will you marry me?- Matteo asked Jo.

Rob watched everything from the top of the stairs and he just couldnt understand what was happening. Why Matteo were at his birthday party , purposing the love of his life to marry him? that wasnt right. Rob got really mad and before Jo could even answer to Matteo's question , Rob said

-Who the hell do you think you are , for coming to MY PARTY  and tell to the girl I LOVE  that you want to marry her? uh? - Rob came near Matteo
-Ah Shit- Matteo shook his head

Jo was sooo shocked by everything that happened that she never said a thing.

Maleha , Raisa and Jessica who were on the other side of the living room started to comment 

-OH MY GOD , I think Rob will kill Matteo- Maleha said
-Kill?? i think he will open Matteo's  chest and get Matteo's heart and eat it - Jessica said
-EWWWWWWWW- Maleha said laughing
-Jessica , you are soo weird- Raisa said
-What?? it seems Rob will kill Matteo...Team Rob woohoo- Jessica said

Junior were with Sammi outside the house and they were speaking about random things

-Babe , do you think i should try to be an actress? like i always wanted to be one but right now i am soo scared , i dont know if i should try or not
-You should of course- Junior said

Then all of suddlen , they started to hear screams

-SHUT UP- Someone shouted from inside the house

-Oh my God  i think someone is fighting - Sammi said
-I think so too , lets go check

Rob and Matteo were staring each other , Rob wanted to punch Matteo really hard.

-You cant come here and ask her to be with you...you cant dude- Rob said
-Why? she is carrying my baby!! - Matteo said
-So what? she doesnt love you...she loves me- Rob said
-She does love me - Matteo said
-SHE DOESNT , YOUR IDIOT- Rob screamed
-Idiot? nooo , you got it wrong! The idiot here its YOU...- Matteo pointed his finger at Rob - you left Jo....you broke her heart not me....
-What?? SHUT UPPPPP. YOU KNOW NOTHING-
-Rob , please dont fight - Jo said trying to make them stop - please i beg
-I wont stop - he said out loud - Go away - he said to Matteo - i dont want you here
-I wont go anywhere without JO!!!!  i will only go when Jo answer me the question that i made.... - Matteo looked at Jo - will you marry me babe??? we can be a family from now on- he smiled
-WHAAAAAT? ARGHHHH this is guy is sooo annoying - Rob said - you are soo fricken annoying
-Why? why do you bother?  - Matteo asked
-Why i bother?? because i LOVE HER and i wont give up on her....

Then Rob looked at Jo

-I wont give up on you....ever...- he said

Then Matteo got annoyed and punched Rob who fell on the floor and ended hitting his head on the floor.

-Ahhhhhhh your son of a ......- Matteo started to hit Rob  , kicking him really hard.

Jo ran and tried to stop Matteo of hitting Rob , but he wouldnt stop....

-OH MY GOD- Jo said loud - STOP HITTING HIM MATTEO....- Jo screamed so loud that everyone looked at her - ROB IS THE FATHER OF MY BABY NOT YOU...,ITS HIMMMMM!!!!
-What?? - Matteo asked
-What did you just said ?- Rob asked confused
-You are the father of my baby Rob.....its you not him - Jo said looking in Rob's eyes.......




















































Then all of suddlen , Jo opens her eyes. 

Everything was too white and was making her eyes hurt a lot. Jo could hear an annoying sound in the room where she was , which were monitoring her heart beats. She was laid down on a bed and she could feel many cables, pipes, wires on and inside of her body. She barely could move , she felt weak and also really thirsty. Then she hears a familiar voice 


-Oh my God!!!! Jo!!! you woke upppp!!!! awwww guuurl , i was sooo scared that you wouldnt going to make it , but you are here hahahahaha i am sooo happy - Rachael said 
-What?- Jo asks - where am i?
-Hospital..- Rachael said touching Jo's forehead
-Hospital? how did i come here? i was with Rob....we were kissing and then i told him about my baby
-Huh?- Rachael held Jo's hand - you've been in coma over a week....
-How come? - Jo was really confused
-I dont know if you remember but theres was a day that you felt really sick and you fainted. We took you to the hospital and the doctors didnt knew what you had. So they put you in coma to find out what were causing you all those problems that you had and they found out this bacteria in your blood that was destroying your cells , you were supposed to be dead if we never took you to the hospital Jo...
-Oh my God... - Jo were shocked - so am i not pregnant?
-No hahaha , you arent , why though?
-Well , i had a crazy dream , it seems was soo real...i got pregnant and Rob was the father but then Matteo thought he was the father and then...i-....i....

Jo were too weak , she barely could talk much without getting tired

-Shhh , you should rest ok? dont talk now , i am gonna tell Rob that you are feeling better- Rachael smiled
-Rob?? - Jo asked
-Yeah - Rachael smiled - he spent the whole week here with me and your mother. Had some nights that he slept here in the room , he got too worried about you Jo. He said he wouldnt leave the hospital till you get better. He talked to the doctors , always asking informations and everything. He even read stories for you
-Really?- Jo asked - God 
-Yeah , he said you loved romance stories right? like he was soo cute unlike Matteo.
-What happened with Matteo?
-He left you here at the hospital and then never came back again. He came here a few times to see you but thats it.....
-Damn..- she says
-Yah  , let me go find Rob

Jo couldnt believe that she been in coma over a week now and that everything that she thought that happened , it was only a dream.
But everything was soo real in her head , that her heart was still hurting soo fricken much because all the pains that she felt while dreaming.
How many times , we wished we could have a second chance in life? Or erase something or someone that we regret it. 
Jo kinda had this second chance. The chance of not being pregnant and being able to fight for what she wanted.
Theres was no baby , there was no purposing , there was no awful job , there was only her and her dreams....

Then , theres a knock on the door. Its Rob.

He comes inside the room and when he sees her awake he smiles big

-Oh my God....i cant believe you woke up- Rob said smiling
-Hey..- she waved
-Aw Jo - Rob smiled even more now - i was soo scared to lose you
-You wont ever lose me...- she said - i promise
-Good. I stayed here the whole week , since i came back from Italy. I couldnt sleep knowing that you were sick , knowing that in any minute you could go away forever....i dont know what i would do if that happened
-Me neither- she said
-But what matters is that you are ok  - he said and he sat on the bed and held her hand
-Rob , i have so many things to tell you....i must to tell you , like i had a dream that was soo long and i thought it was true you know - she smiled - but it made me realise so many things....


Jo realised that she could still change things. Change her career , change herself as a human being and change her actions and get Rob back , she was willing to get him back.

'Oh my God! I am shocked to know that i was in coma , I ALMOST DIED ,  but i am also happy that everything was only a dream , i think i couldnt make it to be pregnant in such early age and also marry Matteo....From now on , i just want to enjoy life and spend time with Rob , who is the only person that i want to be with right now. God gave me a second chance and i wont waste it' Jo thought with herself

Then Rob said:

-Sure , we have all the time of the world haha - Rob said - you can tell me anything you want

Then his phone starts to vibrate

-Oh wait , can i pick up this phone call? - Rob asks
-Sure- Jo said smiling
-Ok


Rob picks up the phone

-Hello?
-Hey Robbieeee- a female voice said
-Heeey - he said
-I miss you , where are you?
-At the hospital
-Still?? argh come home please??? - she asks
-I will but i got good news!! Jo woke up
-Oh really? thats awesome , now you can give me more attention uh?
-Yep , of course - Rob said
-Tell her i said heey and tell her i will come to visit her soon
-Ok i will tell her , speak later
-Ok i love you byeee- she said
-Love you too peaceee- he said


Rob hang up the phone and then looked at Jo who were kinda confused

-Hmm , who was on the phone? your mother?? - she asked
-Nop- 
-Rebecca?
-Naaah..- Rob said
-Then who?
-My girlfriend....-Rob said

Jo got in silence for a minute 


She didnt know what to say....that was more shoking than the news about her being in coma. She got surprised that Rob wasnt single anymore...

Then she said:


-Your girlfriend? -Jo asked shaking
-Yeah....well... we got together in Italy.
-Who is your girlfriend Rob?
-Juliet....why?




Hearing those things , just made Jo feel like death....
